Maryam Nawaz Sharif's important meeting with the President of Azerbaijan, discussion on matters of mutual interest

Maryam Nawaz Sharif held an important meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, in which both sides praised the brotherly relations and the development of strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Pakistan. Cooperation in political, economic, diplomatic, defense, and other sectors was discussed. President Ilham Aliyev appreciated Pakistan's responsible and mediating role for the restoration of peace following the recent Iran-U.S. tension. The meeting also discussed matters regarding the centers established in Pakistan modeled on Azerbaijan's 'ASAN Service' model.
